2.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The product has not been delivered or made accessible to the customer within the specified delivery timeline.
- The product is found to have critical defects that prevent its proper functioning and cannot be resolved within 15 working days after reporting the issue to our support team.
- Duplicate or erroneous payment due to technical or manual errors.
2.2 Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued in the following scenarios:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to read product descriptions, features, or system requirements.
- User errors, including installation issues caused by non-compliance with system prerequisites.
- Unauthorized modifications made to the software.
- Subscription-based plans that have been utilized beyond 7 days from purchase.

Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after thorough verification and approval by our team. They will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days, in accordance with RBI guidelines. However, no refund requests will be entertained once the product is activated after the 15-day free trial.
3. Cancellation Policy
Please note that the cancellation policy does not apply as we already provide a 15-day trial period. Payment is processed only after the trial period ends, ensuring customers have adequate time to evaluate the product.
3.1 Subscription Cancellations
- Customers can cancel their subscription to SpiderCRM at any time by contacting our support team or using the cancellation option available in their account settings.
- Upon cancellation of a subscription, all data related to the customer's organization will be permanently deleted from our system to ensure data privacy and compliance.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 business days prior to the renewal date to avoid auto-renewal charges.
3.2 One-Time Purchases
Cancellation of one-time purchases is not allowed once the product has been downloaded or activated.
4. General Terms
- Refund and cancellation requests are not accepted since the product activation is done only after a 15-day free trial, giving customers ample time to evaluate the product.
- All refund requests are subject to thorough verification and approval by our team, ensuring compliance with our policy guidelines.
